 | Founder & ChairmanFrank ParrottaFrank has over 25 years of civil/structural/hydraulic engineering and construction experience and has carried out work on a wide variety of projects in Australia. In his final year of his university degree, his thesis was based on the structural engineering methods for basements in high rise buildings. At the beginning of his career, Frank was heavily involved in the $100M Mackay Sugar Refinery structural design, CSR Invicta Mill Expansion $150M, Mount Leyshon Gold Mine $30M, completing a large amount of structural and civil engineering and project management. In 1999 Frank established Pargroup Engineering, specialising in structural and civil engineering. Frank ensures his staff at Pargroup is on top of all the latest advances and innovative techniques to as to offer the highest level of Turn-Key Development Solutions. Being able to have the capacity to design and construct is boosted by his experienced staff embracing enthusiasm and drive, which is shared within the team and with the client.
